Our Impact
Through the Pledge to Measure, we aim to inspire businesses to measure and improve their disability inclusion in the workplace, fostering a culture where diversity is at the forefront.

To support this vision, in 2021, we established the IDEA Forum, a diverse and cross-functional group of employees that comes together monthly to discuss and action matters related to inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility at BC Transit and develop an engaging IDEA culture that builds trust, community and participation."
